GHQ, EdinburghGHQ

Blue Moon Café
A fantastic gay-friendly café in the New Town. A great place to hang out and have a bite to eat. Visit the Blue Moon website.

Café Habana 
Situated at the top of Leith Walk, this is a really popular bar. The staff are friendly, the atmosphere warm and, if it's sunny, there are tables and chairs outside for a spot of people watching.

CC Blooms 
The only dedicated gay club in Edinburgh. Two floors, two bars and too many Kylie remixes for us to remember. There's no entry charge at the door.

Fever at Club Ego 
On the first Saturday of every month, this gay-friendly club night is for like-minded people who enjoy a hassle-free club environment. Some of the biggest DJs on the scene regularly play. 

Thai Me Up, EdinburghThai Me Up 
Serving up delicious Thai food, beautifully presented by very friendly, attentive waiters. This gay-friendly restaurant is worth a visit.

The Claremont Bar

Frenchies 
Tucked away in an alleyway, this small, cosy bar is the capital's oldest gay venue. The ideal place for a quiet drink with friends, it attracts a loyal and friendly crowd.
